The way in which we label the world around us or fail to notice our body, impact our wellbeing. Workshops are for everyone, even if you have never wanted to do any bodywork training.

If you are a massage therapist and have felt that you need more understanding of body leverage and understanding how to regenerate your energy, feel grounded and centred. Then these workshops ARE for you!
