I learned most of this from my training in Kahuna Bodywork and principles.

  1. Don’t take it personally. What others think of you is none of your business.
  2. Mind your own business.
  3. Sometimes you have to say YES to the No’s so that you can move on quicker and not dwell in the No vibration.
  4. Befriend and acknowledge your emotions as you would members of your family. Use the energy of the emotion to move you in the direction you desire.
  5. Don’t think just do.
  6. To keep in balance you need to keep moving.
  7. Be in dignity. Hold yourself at the centre of your own universe. You are the ruler of that and you owe no one an explanation for being YOU.
  8. Be compassionate to self. How you think about yourself is how you will treat others. Eg: If you are bitching about someone, look to where you are mean to yourself. Transform this.
  1. If you are feeling ungrounded, focus on your feet, curl your toes in your shoes. It will help you to reset and move from the thought universe to the physical reality of your body.
  2. Visualise yourself creating the outcome you want from the situation with as much detail as possible before the event Eg; A job interview, imagine yourself answering questions with ease. Sitting comfortably, projecting well etc.
  3. STRIKE A POSE> Make a strong power pose like a super hero. Do this in the morning or anytime in the day you need to reconnect or feel more solid. Hold the pose, chest puffed out, shoulders back. Arms in a strong position like a superhero. I also like to make a big sound from my belly too!
